The U.S Government funded Transforming Health and Resilience for Individuals Through Vibrant Empowerment (THRIVE) is a five-year cooperative agreement awarded on 9 th of December 2024 to the Centre for Clinical Care and Clinical Research (CCCRN) in partnership with Heartland Alliance and T.A Connect as consortium partners.
